A PENZ360 célja, hogy ügyfelei számára komplex pénzügyi megoldásokat biztosítson és összehangolt szolgáltatásokat nyújtson.

Az adatkezelés célja az ügyfél igényeinek felmérése, kapcsolattartás, megfelelő lehetőségek kiválasztása és közvetítése.

Az ügyfél által megadott:

- telefonszám
- e-mail cím
- lakcím
- céges adatok
- pénzügyi helyzettel kapcsolatos információk
- pályázati adatok
- finanszírozási igények
- egyéb önkéntesen megadott adatok
4. Az adatkezelés jogalapja
Az adatkezelés jogalapja:
GDPR 6. cikk (1) a) – az érintett önkéntes hozzájárulása.
Bizonyos esetekben:
GDPR 6. cikk (1) b) – szerződés teljesítése.
5. Adattovábbítás
Az ügyfél kifejezett hozzájárulásával a PENZ360 jogosult a megadott adatokat továbbítani azon partner, közvetítő vagy szolgáltató részére, amely az ügyfél által kiválasztott szolgáltatás vagy termék teljesítésében részt vesz.

Az adattovábbítás célja kizárólag a megfelelő szolgáltatás biztosítása.
